I am a keen witted man.. AMAZING, but specially HUMBLE. I look for quality in every aspect of my life. I like to have my space and keep it open for those special ones that accept come along with me and enjoy to share our most deep needings and hopes. I rather feel a citizen to the world so I am open minded and always looking for that special spark in a relationship. I hope that bright would not fade before the wind blow us out of our feet...

Favorite Movies
These days I've been watching some down to earth movies with a little bit of hopeful joy proper of the Christmas Season. So I liked "Mrs. Doubtfire", "Family Man" and recently "The Gameplan" (oddly enough a Disney movie that moved me). All good comedies from the past, specially the ones written by Blake Edwards: "That's Life", "10", "The Party" and SOME Pink Panther stuff...
I enjoyed "The Fountain" as a mesmerizing story pretending to explain the essence of life, directed by Darren Aronofsky.
I always remember "A Few Good Men", "Michael Clayton" and "American Gangster" with their own political points of view, brilliantly exposed in each case in superb final trials.
From latinamerican cinema I was touched by "El Hijo de la Novia" (sensitive warning to be aware of what really matters in life and for family), "9 Reinas" (amusing and not too exagerated view of criminal life from certain individuals "vivos" in urban jungle) and I always would be astonished with "Madeinusa" (ironic and harsh view of indigenous people living XXI century amongst WESTERN and CHRISTIAN values mixed with an ethics code of their own, just some kilometers away from LIMA CAPITAL CITY).
Every true creation from the soul inspires me, so I loved watching "The Mission" (Enio Moriccone at his best), "1900", "Copying Beethoven" and laughing with "Amadeus".
And related to MAGIC, I was recently moved by the new fantasy epic from GERMANY: Die Krabat from German author Otfried Preußler... bring me back memories from childhood!
DUNE: a return to a classic eco-sci-fi by Frank Herbert, soon to be re-released. The Book of Laughter and Forgetting a mix of genres written in a politically incorrect style own only by M.Kundera Anatomy of the Spirit: 7 Stages of Healing (very specially recommended). The Celestine Prophecy, an spiritual quest in Peruvian land. Tunnels, a worthy heir to Harry Potter as the newest fantasy saga from UK...open your eyes and watch for the light at the end... Angels and Demons, actually I'VE MUCH ENJOYED THE MOVIE. 100 Años de Soledad, as a ludicrous chronicle about Latinamerican rise of revolution. Los Crímenes de Oxford, math and mystery inside an academic world. La Segunda Enciclopedia de Tlön from chilean writer Sergio Meier well versed in Steam Punk stuff such as LXG
We are looking for something, always. We are finding new stuff, no doubt. But do we rest peacefully and calm when we got it? Maybe, just maybe, we have to take a time and think: Is it what you want something you have to QUEST for? Is it necessary to take a trip outside home, meet people way different from your own family, search for experiences that you think you haven't lived yet? Some years ago, a very smart friend of mine told me how it was going an argument between God (just with its general name) and their angels:
"Where do We put happiness in order to let Mankind going to search, looking for it?" God asked... "Over the highest of the mountains You created" one angel answered; "No! down deeper even that the most abyssal darkness beneath the sea You filled with salt water" said another one, and so on... "Volcano, Jungle, Space, Black hole...". Finally, God gave His point of view: "We'll put happiness INTO MANKIND's HEART, because it will be difficult for them looking for worth inside each one, and EVEN MUCH MORE DIFFICULT to recognize fulfillment within their own soul." And thus we keep looking for it...
